Executive Coaching Programs

All standard programs provide 6 months of dedicated telephone coaching and are customized in specific deliverables per the needs of the Executive. Fees range from $350 to 650 per month and include:

Custom coaching programs can be as brief as 3 months, or last for up to 12 months, and can include on-site meetings, shadow coaching, interviews with employees and peers, and/or 360 assessments.

Fees of custom coaching programs generally range from $500 to $1,000 per month, depending upon the service levels provided.

1. New Leader Program

Numerous studies reveal that at least 4 out of 10 newly promoted managers and executives fail within the first 18 months in a role because they don’t build key relationships nor focus on what is critical. This program is designed for those starting a new role. In it we establish role clarity, identify critical success factors, and create a road map to jump-start you on your way to success.

New managers also confuse doing an outstanding job with working 18 hour days. In fact this is counterproductive, leading to burnout rather than success. We work on priority management for the manager and his employees and identify his most effective delegation and follow-up style.

3. Career Accelerator

This program is particularly good for CMO's, CIO’s, CTO’s and other technical management.

4. Executive Life Strategies

Are you overwhelmed, overscheduled, overworked? Contemplating a big change but can’t find time to get to it? Do you have non-work interests you have wanted to pursue? The goal of this program is for you to decide how you want your life to be and make the changes needed to turn that vision into reality.

The program starts with three or four 45-minute coaching sessions per month for the first 3 months. After momentum is built we may move to two coaching sessions per month.

How to get Started

Contact me to get the process moving.

Coaching usually takes place over thetelephone.Working over the telephone makes the interaction convenient and efficient.

First, we schedule an intake assessment to help me determine where you are and how well you are taking care of yourself. We'll take a snapshot of where you are today and where you’d like to go.

You will receive a welcome packet that includes the Coaching Agreement with details on what to expect from our coaching sessions, how we will work together and how you can get the most from your investment.

At our second session, we'll debrief the behavioral assessment, design a plan for action and get started. The next session gets us into coaching and dealing with your topics.

You can expect a lively, personalized and supportive relationship. You are the focus and you bring the agenda each time.

You will typically leave each session with a few items to take action on.

There are times when we may meet at your office for the intake and other sessions to conduct interviews or to observe you in action. Depending upon our arrangement this may involve additional fees.

Flexibility: Executive schedules are not always predictable and we may not be able to meet at the same time each week. I always maintain a certain amount of flexibility in my schedule to respond to variations in yours.
