Services & Fees

Executive Coaching Programs

All standard programs provide 6 months of dedicated telephone coaching and are customized in specific deliverables per the needs of the Executive. Fees range from $350 to 650 per month and include:

  • Scheduled telephone coaching sessions — 2, 3, or 4 per month
  • Behavioral assessment report and review
  • Email contact as needed between sessions.
  • Short, just-in-time coaching calls as needed

Custom coaching programs can be as brief as 3 months, or last for up to 12 months, and can include on-site meetings, shadow coaching, interviews with employees and peers, and/or 360 assessments.

Fees of custom coaching programs generally range from $500 to $1,000 per month, depending upon the service levels provided.

1. New Leader Program

Numerous studies reveal that at least 4 out of 10 newly promoted managers and executives fail within the first 18 months in a role because they don’t build key relationships nor focus on what is critical. This program is designed for those starting a new role. In it we establish role clarity, identify critical success factors, and create a road map to jump-start you on your way to success.

New managers also confuse doing an outstanding job with working 18 hour days. In fact this is counterproductive, leading to burnout rather than success. We work on priority management for the manager and his employees and identify his most effective delegation and follow-up style.

In addition to thefive-step coaching model,this program can include:

  • Introductory meeting with the Executive, if the employer is initiating the coaching.
  • Role clarification session with the Executive, her Manager and the Coach, as appropriate.
  • Identification of critical objectives and time frames.
  • Creation of a 90-Day Action Plan.
  • Weekly coaching sessions of 45 minutes in length.
  • 3 or 4 sessions per month for 6 months.

Typical Investment —

  • Three 45 minute coaching sessions per month — $500/mo or single payment of $2,760
  • Four 45 minute coaching sessions per month — 625/mo or single payment of $3,450

2. Management Focus

This program is designed for business owners as well as corporate executives. It provides personalized leadership development with candid and confidential support. Objectives vary by client, including:

  • Get out of the details to focus on strategy and do what brings most value to the business.
  • Stop avoiding confrontation and deal with issues before they become problems.
  • Be seen as a key member of the executive team.
  • Become the leader for whom people want to work.
  • Enjoy more personal time.

In addition to thefive-step coaching model,this program can include:

  • Goal review meeting with the Executive, his Manager and the Coach, if appropriate.
  • Identification of success criteria.
  • Clarification of the role of the Executive and the organization going forward.
  • 3 coaching sessions per month of 45 minutes in length for 6 months. Depending upon progress this may be reduced to 2 coaching sessions.

Typical Investment

  • Two 45 minute coaching sessions per month — $400/mo or single payment of $2,210

3. Career Accelerator

This program is particularly good for CMO's, CIO’s, CTO’s and other technical management.

Do you wish to be seen as an integral part of the executive team? Are you getting the recognition, inclusion, and advancement that you deserve? Through this program we explore what you are doing right and what you can do differently to propel yourself forward. We develop a personal marketing plan through which you have the opportunity to try out new behaviors that lead to a more powerful presence, a greater sense of personal power as well as greater career success.

Typical Investment:

  • Two 45 minute coaching sessions per month — $350/mo or $1,932 for 6 mos paid in advance.
  • Three 45 minute coaching sessions per month — $450/mo or $2,480 for 6 mos paid in advance.

4. Executive Life Strategies

Are you overwhelmed, overscheduled, overworked? Contemplating a big change but can’t find time to get to it? Do you have non-work interests you have wanted to pursue? The goal of this program is for you to decide how you want your life to be and make the changes needed to turn that vision into reality.

The program starts with three or four 45-minute coaching sessions per month for the first 3 months. After momentum is built we may move to two coaching sessions per month.

Investment:

  • Four 45 minute coaching sessions per month — $550/mo
  • Three 45 minute coaching sessions per month — $450/mo
  • Two 45 minute coaching sessions per month — $350/mo

These four programs are designed to meet the needs of 90% of the Executives and business owners with whom I work. For the remaining 10%, I can further customize a solution appropriate to the client’s needs and goals. For example:

  • Monthly “check-in” sessions for an executive who completed the standard coaching program. He now uses me solely as a sounding board.
  • Shadowing, feedback, and 360 assessments for a high potential manager who wants and needs to refine his/her people skills.

How to get Started

Contact me to get the process moving.

Coaching usually takes place over thetelephone.Working over the telephone makes the interaction convenient and efficient.

First, we schedule an intake assessment to help me determine where you are and how well you are taking care of yourself. We'll take a snapshot of where you are today and where you’d like to go.

You will receive a welcome packet that includes the Coaching Agreement with details on what to expect from our coaching sessions, how we will work together and how you can get the most from your investment.

At our second session, we'll debrief the behavioral assessment, design a plan for action and get started. The next session gets us into coaching and dealing with your topics.

You can expect a lively, personalized and supportive relationship. You are the focus and you bring the agenda each time.

You will typically leave each session with a few items to take action on.

There are times when we may meet at your office for the intake and other sessions to conduct interviews or to observe you in action. Depending upon our arrangement this may involve additional fees.

Flexibility: Executive schedules are not always predictable and we may not be able to meet at the same time each week. I always maintain a certain amount of flexibility in my schedule to respond to variations in yours.
